This wine comes from a parcel of white earth.

Vinification

After being harvested by hand, the over-ripe grapes are taken to the cellar with the greatest care, to preserve the integrity of the bunches. The grapes are then gently pressed, followed by 24 hours of cold settling before fermentation. The juice is then transferred to a 500-litre barrel for alcoholic fermentation. The wine is bottled a year later.

Ageing potential

Our "Pêché" cuvée reaches its fullness 2 years after harvesting and will give you pleasure throughout its ageing period, which can last from 10 to 15 years depending on storage.
